15 pegs have been booked on Sunday 30th December at Owl Barn Farm Fishery South Kirkby with the option to increase if needed . Details of the Fishery can be found at yorksfishing.proboards.com/index.cgi?board=west&action=display&thread=24010The postcode is WF9 3HQ We have the use of the full lake and will take advice from the Tackle Shop on where best to peg . The draw will be at 08.30 hrs , fish 10.00 - 15.00 hrs depending on conditions . There is a Pub nearby called the Church House , WF93LA , where we have the use of the back room for the results and for the discussion on the future . I realize South Kirkby is a bit from being central to everybody and I hope that it will not put any body off coming and lets get this ship back sailing again . 1. Boff . Endpeg. Budnud. Leaky. I'm without a car Max after having a serious car accident where I needed cutting out by fire brigade along with my mother who was knocked unconscious. Can't see me getting there by cycling and the transport I had lined up hasn't materialised as i was let down at the last minute. I sadly can't fish very often now until I can buy a car. Some people are far better off financially than I am so buying a new car is easy, wish it was for me. Have a good 'un tomorrow lads, reckon it'll fish very well in this mild spell. Gutted I can't be there! Buddy

We had a meeting after the match & by a majority vote decided to accept Budnudds excuse for wussing out.
Seriously, sorry to learn of this Buddy, hope your mums ok & you both recover from your injuries fully.
We had a meeting, & decided on a few changes. Full details on here within a couple of days, some wording needs to be fine tuned in the mods section before posting.

PS the weather was foul, everyone was shocked that Barney didn't turn up, but a few caught a few & a few suffered lifeless pegs.

Cheers Chris Looks like a gruellar, I was expecting it to fish well as its been relatively mild of late but looks at though the wind put paid to the match. I texted Barney about the match thinking it was the long streak of piss from keithley but he was at Non Go Bye and knew nothing of it. Didn't realise we had two Barney's. How will the world ever mind Yanglers cope??
